HYPNOTHERAPY WITH ELEMENTS OF CBT

 

Hypnotherapy is a fast-acting listening and talking therapy that combines a variety of tools tailored to the client’s personality and needs to achieve a desired specific outcome.

When needed we incorporate elements of CBT -practical self-help strategies, that are designed to immediately improve client's quality of life. CBT can be as effective as medication to treat depression and anxiety. It focuses on exploring the problem and way of improving.

 

TALKING THERAPY

 

Talking therapies can help all sorts of people in lots of different situations. Are also referred to as counselling, talking treatments or psychological therapies.

Talking therapy is for anyone who's going through a bad time or has emotional problems they need help with. For many adults it may be the same or more effective than medication.

LIFE COACHING

Encourages and counsels clients on a range of professional and personal issues .


 

WALK AND TALK

Type of talking therapy conducted outdoors rather than in indoor facility. It incorporate benefits of mental help with light exercise such as walking(may also be sitting outdoors).


 

ANIMAL ASSITED THERAPY

Therapy provided in the presence of the animal. Being in close proximity to the animal or just by seeing it in a distance, some (especially children)might feel encouraged to talk and absorb more easily the help offered. We have found animals to be very successful "tool" helping people with difficulty opening up. Presence of the animal has a southing effect and promotes feeling of safety, trust and leads to easier disclosure.
